Generous leave allowances
UKRI employees are eligible for 30 days of annual leave with an additional 10.5 days public and privilege days (full time equivalent) each year. Flexible working practices and support for parental and caring duties are supported.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
The UKRI EAP offers counselling, relationship management and legal support for staff and their immediate family members, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, as well as access to occupational sick pay.
