The facility collaborates with users in planning and executing research involving all types of metabolomics analysis.
We perform all types of proteomics and metabolomics LC-MS, GC-MS and MALDI- MS analysis. We also invest a lot of time in consulting users on sample preparation and data interpretation.
We use triple quadrupole mass spectrometer for targeted assays, GC- single quadrupole for nonpolar, volatile compounds and LC-MS for broad metabolite profiling.
We support all LMS projects which involve metabolomics analysis.
