About me:
I am a Cardiology specialist, and I'm collaborating with Prof Declan O'Regan on my research project at the LMS. My research focuses on the impact of inflammation on cardiovascular health. I apply machine learning and data science techniques to identify how inflammation affects the heart structure and cardiovascular outcomes.
We explore the mechanisms underlying heart disease by applying machine learning and data science techniques to capture complex traits in the heart, across diverse populations, for discovering genetic and environmental determinants of health. Our work aims to understand the mechanisms driving diversity in heart disease.
