Salary: £51,429 – £62,783 per annum, inclusive of London allowance, plus an additional allowance of up to £5,000 will be considered for exceptional candidates

About the role

It is an exciting time to join LMS as we have recently moved into a new state-of-the-art building. We are looking for a skilled professional to ensure its smooth operation.  As a key member of our Estates team, you will be providing electrical and/or mechanical reactive maintenance (RM) on all plant systems and services. You will undertake works on behalf of the Estates team, including supervising external service providers and contractors and liaising with end users to plan in repair works or project works as required.

 

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience in a complex building with responsibility for electrical and/or mechanical systems. Good communication skills are essential for planning works whilst taking into account health & safety requirements and the needs of the building users. You are expected to have experience in supervising external contractors and have completed a recognised electrical or mechanical apprenticeship or hold equivalent qualifications.
