We enable advanced metabolomics and lipidomics research through a combination of high-resolution, quantitative, and spatial mass spectrometry.
Our instrumentation covers a range of mass spectrometry techniques, including LC-MS, GC-MS and MALDI-MSI enabling high-resolution, quantitative and spatial metabolomics. We collaborate with research groups to develop metabolomics strategies tailored to their biological questions.
Our expertise covers targeted and discovery-based metabolomics and lipidomics, as well as stable isotope-labelling experiments, across diverse biological systems. We work closely with researchers from experimental design through to data analysis, ensuring that results are robust and aligned with the scientific question.
We support all LMS projects which involve metabolomics analysis.
