About me:
Keshava joins the LMS with over 14 years of mass-spectrometry-based proteomics experience across Australia and India, most recently serving as a Proteomic Specialist at the University of Melbourne. He brings a diverse background in research, leadership, and training. His technical portfolio spans quantitative proteomics, PTM analysis (phosphorylation, ubiquitination), immunopeptidomics, protein–interaction mapping, drug-target deconvolution, and spatial proteomics. His ability to customize experiments for complex biological contexts, from infectious disease to cancer, has yielded significant insights. Notably, during his time at the University of Melbourne, he developed ultra-low-input workflows for rare disease diagnosis.
Keshava is passionate about fostering the next generation of scientists and is keen to combine research support with education. His overarching goal is to establish the proteomics platform as a true research partner, offering both high-throughput bottom-up proteomic analyses and customized, leading-edge workflows. He invites researchers to discuss which advanced proteomic techniques would they be interested in and how these could best complement their specific biological questions. Please feel free to reach out to Keshava to discuss potential collaborations: or .
