I recently graduated from the University of Leeds, earning a BSc in Biological Sciences, Zoology and experienced an industrial year working in the pharmaceutical industry. Before University, I took a gap year where I volunteered in Malaysia and South America, engaging in community development and conservation projects focused on creating safer environments and addressing climate change. I also trained for my PADI open water scuba diving certification, allowing me to clear ocean debris and plastic pollution from coral structures. During my spare time I love maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle, balancing running, gym and swim sessions. Additionally, I manage my small jewellery-making site and create content and write blogs based on nutrition-based research for women's hormonal health.
