Before joining the LMS, Robyn helped build and scale a medical-technology start-up from concept to market readiness, developing a lasting interest in how science, strategy, and people come together to create impact. She’s passionate about inclusive leadership, evidence-based decision-making, and creating environments where people and ideas can thrive.
