After nearly 20 years working for the MRC as a structural biologist, I moved into research operations helping to facilitate our world class research. Initially taken on to help move the Institute into its new premises, I now have oversight of most practical aspects of supporting our scientists to carry out their work in our state of the art laboratories. My role incorporates Estates, Lab Services, Health & Safety and Sustainability.
