New fellowships fund research into antimicrobial resistance

Imperial College London has announced the launch of its Antimicrobial Research Collaborative (ARC) Early Career Fellowships. The scheme aims to attract and retain the most promising early career scientists to undertake multidisciplinary research projects in antimicrobial resistance.

Funding is available to support any research within the remit of antimicrobial resistance. Proposals addressing interdisciplinary research in the following strategic priority areas are particularly encouraged: Health Services and Policy; Health Economics; Microbiology and the Environment.

The College intends to award up to 5 fellowships, which will each be for a fixed term of 1 year.

The deadline for applications is 5pm, 3rd July 2015.
